AR Remedy Home Page and User form Not displayed while implementation of AR 7.1
Solution- Check out below option before continuing installation.
1) Check hosts files where hostname configure properly or not
2) Check for Database connectivity.
3) Before running installation check for instance running on server or not by using command tnsping "name of the instance"
4)check for java version is greater than or equal to 1.5
